1. About this service

JingleMaker is an online jingle and imaging studio, part of radioessentials.com. It is currently a BETA service until 1 December 2026, and features, pricing and these terms may change as we build. We will always give reasonable notice before changes that affect paying customers take effect.

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Beta period

During the beta, full access is free with a registered account. Beta features may change, be removed or become paid features at launch. Saved projects, favourites and library content are provided on a best-efforts basis during beta.

3. Plans and pricing

Paid plans fully launch on 1 December 2026. The planned plans are: Free Studio (£0), Creator (£14.99/month), Creator AI (£24.99/month), Station AI (£59/month) and Network AI (£149/month). Prices are shown monthly and use the website's standard VAT treatment.

The Creator plan is free for Radio Essentials subscribers on a £14.99 or above plan, for as long as that subscription remains active.

Every paid plan includes the complete JingleMaker audio library. Plan details may evolve as the service grows; we will give notice before any change affects your current billing period.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are given, except where required by law.

4. Finished productions

A production is counted when you first export a new finished version. Editing, previewing and saving drafts do not count. Re-downloading the same version, or downloading both MP3 and WAV of the same version, does not use another production. Exporting a materially changed version counts as a new production.

The Free Studio limit of five finished productions per month applies even when you use only your own uploaded audio.

There are no unlimited production plans, and we do not describe any plan as unlimited.

5. AI features and AI units

Managed AI plans (Creator AI, Station AI and Network AI) include a monthly allowance of shared JingleMaker AI units. One AI unit equals 1,000 ElevenLabs credits.

Text-to-speech consumes the actual provider credits used. Voice Changer consumes approximately 1 AI unit per generated minute. One successful sound-effect generation consumes 0.2 AI units. Actual consumption varies by model, script length and generation type.

We show an estimated cost before you confirm a generation, and we warn you as you approach 75%, 90% and 100% of your allowance. Failed provider requests return the reserved units. Regenerating an output consumes additional units; playing or downloading an existing generation does not.

Once your included allowance is exhausted you may connect a personal ElevenLabs API key to keep generating, billed by ElevenLabs directly.

6. Your own ElevenLabs API key

On the Creator plan, AI features (text-to-speech, Voice Changer and sound-effect generation) require your own ElevenLabs API key. AI usage made with your key is charged separately by ElevenLabs under your agreement with them and is not included in your JingleMaker subscription.

We recommend creating a restricted ElevenLabs key limited to the features you use, and setting a spending or credit limit within your ElevenLabs account.

Your key is validated when you save it, transmitted directly to our secure server-side functions, and stored encrypted. It is never stored in your browser or exposed in frontend code, and we only ever display its final four characters. You can test, replace or disconnect your key at any time from your profile.

Usage made with your own key never reduces a managed JingleMaker AI balance.

7. Library licensing

Beds, sound effects and other audio in the JingleMaker library are licensed for use within the productions you create and export from the studio. You may not download library files individually or in bulk, redistribute them, or use them outside your finished productions.

You retain all rights to audio you upload or record. You confirm you have the rights to any audio you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

8. Accounts and fair use

You need an account to use the studio. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Seat limits apply per plan and accounts must not be shared beyond your plan's user limit.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, or scrape the library.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, especially during beta. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
